Revit 2019 launched manually opens start.rvt on new task server

I have just finished setting up a new task server and when starting Revit 2019 manually it opens start.rvt and shows the Clarity task log window as if it's processing a task.  It then sits there waiting until it times out and closes Revit.  I haven't been able to figure out what's causing this or how to "reset" the task that may be stuck on this machine?

Chris,

i would recommend opening up the Task Tray, then going to the Logs Tab, and there is a button which will send in all of the Logs to us. I suspect that the answer will be in the TaskServer log files.
