    Add Task Server name to the Task Log web page - Similar Tasks section.

    This would help to trouble shooting errors by looking at that task servers that fail the task.

    Ability to see an extended task timeline for a task server, and export to Excel

    I would like to have the ability to see all the tasks scheduled for my task server for the next 7 days and completed tasks from the last 7 days.  Then export the data to Excel.  This would help me plan my tasks for all the projects I'm managing.

    Please add information on how to use the "TaskUtility" in the help file especially related to how to select a task to kill as its not apparent on how to do this

    Launch BIM 360 web page or Explorer to the Revit project from Project Page

    Add a Launch project button to the home page.

    For BIM 360 projects launch a browser to the project.

    For Local file share projects launch an Explorer window to the unc path of the project.

    It would be great to have an ability in the UI to mark models that are crashing (or corrupt) so that we can better analyze data related to a problem models

    then this would allow us to filter model metrics by poor models (vs ok or good models) and find the patterns with the issues

    New Metric/ Alert - "User" links

    I've started to find a lot more "User" machine links than we'd prefer to see. I'd love a metric to keep track of this or other "unapproved" link locations, like old project folders or non-library locations. 

    Example screenshot attached.  These links should be saved in our library or in the ACC Desktop location. Not in C:\Users or via OneDrive at all. 

    Some metric/ alert to be able to search for a string in the "link location" you're already saving to the sql would be great.

    Is there a way to export a spreadsheet of all projects, tasks, and task schedules?

    It's starting to get a little nuts with all of the projects we're adding.  It would be nice to be able to setup a graph of all the projects, which tasks are under each project, and what the schedules are for each task. 

    The only thing that comes close (that I know of) is task timeline, but it cannot be exported and manipulated.  We have to manually create and update a spreadsheet in order to get a visual of what all happens and when.

    Is there a feature for this that I'm missing?

    When working on editing tasks would it be possible to manage the "Time", "Enabled" and "Launchable" toggles at the Setup task Page level instead of having to open and edit each task individually?

    A minor inconvenience that could save a couple of minutes when editing tasks for larger projects.

    tag tasks when they are part of a sequence

    When there are many tasks and sequences, and a task is being modified it is not obvious that it will affect a sequence or that it is part of one. Perhaps if tags were added to a task when it was added to a sequence.

    Load Families into models.

    It would be great if clarity could pick up families in a model or file location and load them into selected models and sync. It would need to know if you wanted to overwrite or overwrite with parameter values and keep a log of any errors it dismisses as it loads in the families.

    GTP Stratus - Auto Publish

    GTP Stratus is a fabrication tool used to track the fabrication process through a project's life. Currently, you have to manually publish Revit models up to GTP Stratus to get the latest content. Could it be possible to automate this?

    This change is on a per Revit version basis.

    There is a way to say “Continue Loading” for this kind of Schema Conflict dialog.

    We are currently programmed to always hit “Do not load” for that specific issue, because there’s a risk of data loss.  When we do that it kills the task.

    IMPORTANT NOTE

    Please be aware, this configuration change is at your own risk, and you understand that it will change the model during the task, and you are ok with that.  For most tasks, we don't save the changes

    Constrain task to specific task server

    As a coordinator or platform admin, it would be great to be able to pick a task server when sending off a task. We regularly need to test new tasks on multiple projects and it doesn't always make sense to constrian the entire project to a specific task server.

    Can we split the emails between emails from projects/scheduled tasks and emails from user run tasks?

    We are constantly running automated model checks and publications, which fail due to simple things that the admin can take care of, but all users assigned to that project are getting notified. So we turn off their email notifications, which then causes them to not receive emails when they run tasks themselves.

    Fabrication Parts Data

    Fabrication Parts hold a lot of powerful data that would be nice to report on. This data is stored inside each part that can be accessed via the Revit api. 

    Other information could also be extracted based on the FabricationConfiguration in the Revit model which the Fabrication parts derive from.

    Being able to report this data would be huge because they are a 1:1 part (meaning exactly what they look and are in the real world) and would provide accurate content that could help forecast a job or even produce a bill of materials for the job.

    Navisworks Exports needs Error on Missing Links

    We set up  3d views in our model for every link that we want to export as part to a list of 3d views to NWC. 

    The task should fail if the link is not loaded.
