Create a "Revision Record" as part of the project.

It would show the sheet revisions per model. The current revision could be collected by Model Metrics or dbexport tasks or the Revit Clarity Client addin. Everytime a new revision is added to the project revisions it gets added the  Revision Record.

Once the current revision is added to a Sheet, That Sheet number and name is added to the Revision Record.

This would be displayed in a webpage like a schedule to show all the sheets revision history per RVT model for the clarity project. This record should be exported

NOTE: Clarity 2020 was published this past month.

In some cases it can't be avoided that certain nodes in a graph throw an error. It would be great if we had a way to mark these nodes in some way (e.g. by renaming them to "ClarityIgnore:Orginal node name") so they don't show up as errors in the log. People tend to get jumpy when they see the word "error" in a log... ;-)

The column selection on pages like Completed Tasks only seems to be a per-session setting. It would be nice if Clarity could remember these settings persistently per user across sessions.

Current situation if a script is not available on the task servers anymore:

• Can't create new tasks for this script (good)
• Existing tasks can be copied (not so good imo)
• In edit mode, the Dynamo inputs section is missing (of course)
• In edit mode, there is no indication as to what is going on with that task (definitely not good)
• If scheduled, the task is never claimed (not good either)

Suggestions for improvement:

1. Show a warning in edit mode (e.g. "Dynamo script could not be found on any task server")
2. If scheduled, have such tasks fail immediately
3. Do not allow

Right now Clarity cannot pull down a rvt file if the rvt file was uploaded into BIM360...it requires a model to be published with a BIM360 Design license. 

Can you add the option in Model Metrics to show how many unused(purgeable) detail and Model groups are in the model.

We're seeing errors on our ModelMetrics tasks that don't make sense to us (see attached image).  I'll be sending several task logs shortly.

for the post action task add the option to post a Mulit-Page PDF that BIM 360 Docs extracts the pages with a title block template that files in the meta data for each sheet.

We have a project setup in Clarity that is a local server Workshared project. We have been asked to to use BIM360 Design to share files.

Right now I would have to setup a separate Clarity BIM360 project to create a A360 Download task

We set up a bunch of bim360 next-gen projects yesterday and none of them are seeing any project models.   I have run a rescan.   when I log in with our clarity service account I can see the models.

When applying filter in reports and report results contains 2-3 results, the filter window cannot be resized. Its sometimes difficult to apply new filters. Not sure if this can be improved to allow filter window to be re-sized. Current workaround is to set it to All and then apply new filter.

Add Task Server name to the Task Log web page - Similar Tasks section.

This would help to trouble shooting errors by looking at that task servers that fail the task.

When we get external models most of the time all the views have been removed. If not the we create a UpdateRevitModelFromDisk task to to that. We create views in our Revit Mech Model to export the Arch model that only shows that link to export to NWC. This takes more time by loading the Mech model first with the arch link. 

It would be great to have an option for the Navisworks task to create a 3d View with no links loaded on the fly to then export it to nwc with a file name.

I am still getting the SaveAs PDF dialog on task processors from time to time.

This causes that that processor to stop running tasks.

The Task Tray app should watch for this and close it and report the issue to the host.
