Schedule export to Excel error: Invalid row or column index

Hi. 

When exporting a Revit schedule to Excel via the schedule export task, we receive the error: "Invalid row or column index". We can export the same schedule to CSV via Revit with no issues.  We cannot seem to find any reason for it to fail or any specific setting in the task to highlight an issue with the indexing.
