Thanks for your reply. You’re correct. That was the problem. Reentering the App Pool identities fixed it. Thank you for your help. You can close this ticket.

This almost always indicates that the IIS Application Pools have not restarted.
You can try to go into the IIS Control panel and manually restart them. If they do not restart when you choose them and click Start, statistically it is almost always because the UserName\Password is wrong for them. Then you have to go into the Advanced Settings for each Application Pool, the Identity Setting, and then re-set the username/password that Clarity runs as.
