Scheduled Task Post-Action not Completing Consistently

We have several tasks setup for Navisworks nwc exports on schedule, with a 'move' post-action to a UNC path) on each. 

We're trying to troubleshoot with our IT dept two scheduled tasks that are showing complete, but not all of the exported nwc files are moving over.  No errors shown.  The files just don't show up.  The funny part is, when I manually run these two tasks, they execute without any failures. 

Part of our troubleshooting is to change the scheduled times for these two tasks, in case there is another activity on the server(s) that is blocking the move operation.  We'll have to wait until next weekend to see if that works.

In the meantime, is there a way to find out why a move post-action didn't complete?

Hi Matt - Thanks.  I'm the backup admin for our Clarity solution, so I hadn't been plugged in to the support channels yet.  I thought this was it when I stumbled across it.  Will use the right channel in the future.

As for this topic, we've done some file server changes, which seems to have fixed the original issue. However, there still seems to be some permissions issues with specific tasks.  I'll open a case on it though.

hey Mike - somehow we missed this one. You're always welcome to open a support case with us (support@rand.com) to get an officially tracked response.

I would ask, actually, in this case, for you to send in the diagnostics for a task that shows this issue, so that we can look at it in more detail.

(The task diagnostics will show the task log info, the task server settings, and the Revit journal file).

No action anywhere on here for a couple of weeks... vacation season?  ;-)

I never followed up here, but we did change the task schedules, and the issues still persist.
