PDF Tasks are no running when scheduled.

Some of our tasks are not running as scheduled. I have moved one of the tasks to future times to see if it would start but it has not been working. Thanks in advance.

Hector,

In the Clarity Web Application, on the "Server" page, does it show the Monitoring Service running? (if not, please start it).

If it is running, please go to the Server > Logs page. If there are Monitoring Logs that have timestamps that overlap when tasks were scheduled, please send them in, and let us know what time of day the tasks were scheduled that did not run.
