Scheduled Task Sequence does not run

Hello,

We have a couple of task sequences that refuse to kickoff nightly as scheduled. They include the typical Revit Database Export, Model Metrics, Performance Advisor, then a Navisworks Export with a Post Action to BIM360/ACC. The Task Sequence does not have "Only On Change" checked, so it should be running nightly regardless of updates to the model. Is anyone else having this issue? Our team is starting to lose faith in the product.

Andrew,

is the task not even being created?

it does not appear in the current/completed tasks for that time?

other things to check:

- is the monitoring service running?

- is the task targeting models with valid paths (if paths or file names changed, you could be left with zero targets).
