that's odd: In the scheduling, do you have the "Only On Change" option chosen?
(this would make it so that if the models were not detected to have a change, the 9 models that were not changed that day would not run - and if no models were changed, no tasks would be run).
Simon - when you say it doesn't start - does that mean that no task gets created at that time? or a task gets created, but somehow doesn't get claimed or start?
(I always also ask people to make sure that the special IFC Exporter addin is installed for any task server you want to run it).

Yes the IFC Exporter is installed
If I do a manually run of the task, all models are being exported - totally 11 models
We have schedule to go every night. Only two is then exported - the two same. I see no error regarding the export of the other models in the task server
