Launchable vs Enabled

It’s seems a task is not longer launchable when you disable the schedule and I wonder if it is what’s expected. I set the “Enabled” option to No for a task that won’t need to be automated for a few weeks, but users still wanted to be able to run it manually from the project page. I just found out that even though the “Launchable” option is set to Yes, if the “Enabled” option is not, the task won’t appear in the quick launch menu. It seems to me it shouldn’t be doing that since the lightbulb help suggests it’s only disabling the schedule. Any fix on that?
