Report when models need Coordination Review

Since Clarity may be opening models to create PDF exports sometimes that model reports a Coordination Review is required.

Report this back to the host to alert the model manager to go check out why and do the Coordination Review.

this would be very useful, our designers tend to ignore them and it has become something our department now does on a regular basis.  it would be great to know which ones need it so we dont have to keep opening every model in the entire company every week.
