Tasks are failing because Clarity is not creating the project's folder under the C:\temp\ClarityTaskServer folder. Please let me know what other logs may be needed.
Philip - the "Artifact path" is the location where any task that creates output files should store its output.
In the journal file you sent, the tasks run were "RevitDBExport" tasks, which do not produce any output files - as such, while the artifact folder was defined, there was no reason to create it.
Does that make sense? were you thinking that the artifact path was something else?

ah - I see what you mean - although it would be good to get the diagnostics for this task to see a little bit more.
I'm not sure exactly what you are seeing for an error - as I read deeper I'm not seeing a problem with the artifact path, I'm seeing a problem with the model path - where BIM360 says that this model name does not exist. That appears to be why the task fails.
Generally I try not to mention specific project/model paths in this forum -so I'll write you separately with some questions about the model path.
