Auto- Refresh on Current Task Page

Add a feature to auto-Refresh the the Current Task page.

Then this could be used like a dashboard that auto updates showing the status of tasks, what task servers are running based on the sort by task server column, and the status of each task.

Maybe create a dashboard feature that all users can look at in read only mode.

We can take a look at this again. We had it in an early version of Clarity, but it seemed like it put a load on the database. But we're probably smarter now than we were in 2012 (?).
