Total Time Saved Not Working
Matt, our Task Server’s Total Time Saved counter has been frozen at 163 hours for close to a month now, how can we get it going again.

Remind me what Update Version of the Clarity Host you're running (from the Server page)?

Well - that's plenty up-to-date.
Can you send in with Server/Logs all of your MonitoringService logs and we'll review them?
(The MonitoringService is supposed to update the total time saved once per day).
Matt, I sent the logs using the Send tool to ProductivityNOW email address.
Matt, any update wit this issue?
