New Backup Task - Milestone submission

Create a New backup task the is run on demand that prompts for the milestone submission description that is added to the Zip file name with the current revision in the Revit project.

Right now we can create a dated zip file on a schedule in Clarity.  Most times user create their own zip right after a milestone submission. It would be great to have Clarity do this so the process is done on every project for every milestone. 

On way to do this is to add this feature to the Revit Clarity addin so it can pop up the current revision list in the current model for the user to select the revision to create a Backup Task on the fly with the milestone submission description added to the ZIp file name.

This should be stored in another folder on the network named Milestone Backups.
