Make [date] placeholder configurable

It would be great if we could configure the [date] placeholder like e.g. [date:YYmmDD].

I'm not sure if it's supported everywhere - but I think that in Clarity 2020 we support a new Custom Date format:

[CustomDate(yyyy_MM_dd)]

In the date format, it uses the .NET standard for date formatting options.

Thanks, works perfectly. Might make sense to include this in the documentation on filename keywords, though.
