Can the Project Re-scan frequency please be a configurable setting?

We would like the ability to set how often the projects scan for new files. Ideally this could even be configured on a 'Per project basis'.

Usually the 30-60 min would not be a concern but we have a few projects with sequenced tasks that generate new files. Those files get picked up and modifed by a new task set to operate immeditely with sync to central (i.e. as soon as it arrives in project). This works, but we have to wait the 30 minutes or manually re-scan the project to do next step.

It is possible to set the rescan frequency (although it is for all projects). So we could pursue that.

Is it a BIM360 project that we're talking about? We should have some other mechanisms so that you don't need a full project rescan and we get notified of changes faster than that - if that's the case, we should probably get a copy of your monitoring logs (and the name of the project in question) to see why it's not happening.
