bim360 next gen project models not showing

We set up a bunch of bim360 next-gen projects yesterday and none of them are seeing any project models.   I have run a rescan.   when I log in with our clarity service account I can see the models.

Matt,

can you confirm that the account admin has not removed Clarity?

if so, please send in the Monitoring service logs along with the name of the hub/project.

I ended up going into each project and requesting a rescan a little later in the day and they all showed up then within 10 minutes or so.
