My Clarity Task Server install did not include the Clarity Monitoring Service, how do I get this installed?

The installation of Clarity 2025 on a new task server went normally until I noticed a Service: Clarity Monitoring Service was missing. After the install and task server configurations, I ran a test Revit DBE task that would not be claimed and give this error: in the task log: "processor replied that it cannot actually do all the tasks:...skipping! Task that cannot be claimed are: 1 Task:######: RevitDBExport."

This is when I noticed the service was missing and thought it might be related. Please assist.
