Is there a way to export a spreadsheet of all projects, tasks, and task schedules?

It's starting to get a little nuts with all of the projects we're adding.  It would be nice to be able to setup a graph of all the projects, which tasks are under each project, and what the schedules are for each task.

The only thing that comes close (that I know of) is task timeline, but it cannot be exported and manipulated.  We have to manually create and update a spreadsheet in order to get a visual of what all happens and when.

Is there a feature for this that I'm missing?

There is a way currently to do this that I just found - if you create a archive of the project by going to the pencil and paper menu, upper right corner, project home page, and hit Archive Project. You'll be able to select a file location. Once it's complete, copy to local, unzip, and open the database.xml file with excel. It might take a little bit as it's a larger file. Find the "TaskType" column and sort by that column. That should consolidate all tasks in tight rows so you can cut and paste all tasks together to a new tab while copying the column headers as well. It should include most of info just related to task creation, task name, target, schedules, notes etc.. If you want to show tasks and errors just go to the Tasks, Completed Tasks page and old school select-highlight line items and paste to excel. Hope that helps.

Cool approach.

If the goal is to look at specific parameters and what they are set to, you could also consider the "Task Management" page.

In addition, there's a new feature in Clarity 2026 to give you an OData link to Projects, Task Schedules, and Tasks Run... So even easier to get it into Excel (and keep it up-to-date).

I've used a PowerBI dashboard to keep track of this sort of information.  It's pretty simple to do once you know the basics of PowerBI, with the advantage of having it 'live' rather than trying to export an Excel.

Having a data export of all tasks and options would be much faster for checking if certain groups of tasks all output to the correct folder, if syncing is coming from and going to the correct folders. I have hundreds of tasks and many groups of tasks. Either UI improvements, adding more columns to Setup Tasks page or export task data would be a huge improvement.

I second this... It would help to balance project schedules.  Task timeline only does so much.

Access to this data is only available through the Clarity database at the present moment. This is integral to how Clarity works so I would recommend only allowing read-only access if you go this route.
