When using Task Templates use Keyword in the template name to automatically name the new assigned tasks in a project.
Same request when creating a new project from a template Project.
In the template project have tasks created with Keywords in the names. When the with tasks are copied have the keywords swapped out the the value of the keyword to automatically name the task.
When Adding a Task Template to a project, a project number keyword prefix should be added to the task name in the project task list.
1. Create a [PROJECTNUMBER] keyword defined by the Number field in the Edit Project web page .
2. create a Task Template with [PROJECTNUMBER] as a prefix to the task name.
Example Task Template name "[PROJECTNUMBER] - PDF Current Set"
3. Apply this Task Template to project "123-45- Project ABC" ( that has number setup to "123-45")
4. The task is created in the project "123-45- Project ABC" task list with the task name of "123-45 - PDF Current Set" this task is linked to the task template.
