When we enable the 'Auto-Deactivate Inactive Projects' feature, does it 'catch up' and deactivate projects that are already considered inactive?

For example, if I turn that feature on and set it to deactivate projects that haven't been modified in 365 days and we already have projects that meet that criteria, will they be immediately deactivated or does this feature just start keeping track from the time it's enabled?

Additionally, is this feature always running or is it more like a scheduled task that only runs once per week or day?

Yes, if this is turned on, it considers all active projects once per day.

Checks how many days they've been inactive, and processes them.

I'm still curious about a more precise answer to this question, but to partially answer my question, I enable this feature yesterday and did not see any immediate change in the status of any projects, but today I can tell that a fair number of projects were deactivated.
