Can Clarity report the name (and path) of the keynote .txt that Revit files are using?

We would like CLarity to report the filename and path for the keynote file that is used for each model.  Is there a way to get Clarity to report this?

Peter,

If you create the report for a specific project, you could:

1. Add the report to your template project, and do a "Copy From" for each new project.

2. You can find the underlying XML file underneath the location specified for "Report Query Location" in your settings, then look under the Project GUID (as seen in the URL when you're looking at the project). You could manually copy that file to the other folders, or for future projects you can move it to the "Report Template Location" setting - all of the files in there are automatically copied to each new project as the default reports.

Can this report for Links be added as a default report in Clarity?

I would like to show the path of links as well

TK

Thanks!

I was able to setup a grid report that give us the model name, the reference type (Keynote Table) and the path to the reference.

Tom,

It's possible for Clarity to get close to this, I'm not sure why the path for Keynotes is not visible (we'll investigate) - to do so, you'll go into the Reports section, and make a Report based on the "ExternalReferences" table. You'll want to include fields like ElementName, ExternalReferenceType, ExternalReferencePath and perhaps ExternalReferenceStatus.

That will show you all of the kinds of links in all the models that have been exported, and you can filter to the keynote values.
