While using Filename Builder why will VIEW and SHEET not populate on my projects?

I am working to create a task that can print specific sheets from my model to PDF and follow the naming of the sheet as the file name.

However, the biggest issue so far seems to be that in my "Filename Builder" pop-up box I don't have 2 parameters that seem like they should be there according to examples posted in the Help area (Using File Keywords - User Interface for Filename Building).

I tried running a Database Export again with no success on getting "View" and "Sheet" to populate for me to use in creating my new task. See the attached image for an example of what my Filename Builder pop-up looks like.

Thank you guys for trying and getting this resolved! It was just a few weeks ago that we realized this same small detail (Clarity Collation Print) that was needed to get Clarity to correctly show that large list of options in the File Name Builder. 

However, even with the added options to choose when printing I believe the Revit Collation is better just due to the hyperlinks that come with the PDFs which make navigating a large set so much more convenient. 

Glad we all got to the same conclusion and it sorted out though!

I GOT IT!!!!

OK, so sorry if this is in the documentation but it was driving me and another person bananas.

In order to pull the Sheet Number and Sheet Name parameters you MUST set the Print Collation to Clarity Print.

Then you will have more options on the filename builder.

sorry just seeing this now. You are correct- when we use our Clarity Collation we have options to rename each sheet/ but when you use the Revit collation, we are locked in to just the defaults.

I'm getting the same thing. All my preset PDF tasks are now outputting with [Number] - [Name] in the title of the PDF:

I've run database export and the keywords are not populating in the way I would expect.

Is there a piece i'm missing?
