Model Metrics displayed

I have checked some of these projects and the tasks for model metrics and performance advisor are running fine on all of them but I see nothing for most of the projects through the model metrics summary card page.   This has been filtered for 2019 projects if that matters.   As you can see a few projects show data but most don't.

I have looked further and can find many projects where no info shows up on the metric summary page but if you go into the model metrics page in a project you can see metrics information being displayed.
