We have over 40 Revit 2020 central files in the folder on BIM 360 but less than 20 files appear in the target box in Clarity. Multiple rescans, no file filters.
A few files at top of list are not cloud shared so expect those not to show, but many others are cloud shared central files and do not show in clarity.
Alan - if you don't see it post-update, please do this:
1. Restart the monitoring service
2. Wait 5 minutes, then send in all of the Monitoring Service logs via Diagnostics
3. Tell us the project name and the name of a couple files you would expect to see that you don't see.
What version/update is showing on the Clarity Server Page?
