Display project numbers along with the project names on any pages where user rights are assigned

Subject says it all...Display project numbers along with the project names on any pages where user rights are assigned.  We discuss projects in our office by name and/or number.  Having both display on these pages would save us time when we get a request for rights to be added to a project number.  Saves the person who edits the rights from having to look up the project name.

Actually, it would also be very nice if the Project Number was displayed with the Project Name in the header when we opened a project.  Right now it just displays project name, last database export, and time saved.  Project number is just as important as project name and should be displayed here also!

We did the original request back in 2022 (or before?) - but we'll see if we can sneak this additional item into the upcoming release.
