Using A360Download to backup multiple projects to on-premise server, how to specify zip filename?

i don’t think you can download multiple projects- only one project at a time.

how do you want the zips named?

We use BackupProject to get the RVTs and linked DWGs to local server for backup, Management is asking for all files (doc, xls, pdf, etc.) to be backed up local.  I can schedule A360Download to zip and download but it would continuously overwrite the file.  Need download to write zip with project name and date like backup does. 

And by the way...we are loving Clarity, best money we ever spent.

We are replacing ProjectWise with BIM 360 so we are storing all files of the projects entirely on BIM 360

Alan - Glad to hear that Clarity is worthwhile for you.

I think I understand what you're saying about the Zip File option - you'd like to be able to customize the filename (instead of just "BIM360-[Date].zip").

Just so that I'm clear - what do you want to be the template for the zip file name?

Need the zip file naming to be Project Name and date/time
