No feedback from support
I have raised a number of issues on here and using the Send to IMAGINiT button in Clarity over the past month or so, but so far have had no feedback or even acknowledgement.
How do I escalate these issues?

Sorry to hear that!
i would recommend always sending an email to support (At) RAND.com. That will ensure that a case number is created, and that the case is tracked to some kind of conclusion.
Because some cases require multiple submissions, it’s sometimes unclear to the support department if something is related to an official case.
