Tasks failing when link requires coordination review

This is an excerpt from the journal file of a failed task.

Is it normal behaviour to not handle models requiring coordination review, and for tasks to just stall?

If you haven't sent in this task via the task status page / "Send to IMAGINiT" button, please do so.

Looking at the snippet you've pasted, it feels more like a different issue with loading the model, not the the Warning.

But I'm not sure without the full journal.

Have sent in the Journal

Have added another journal, similar problem with coordination errors, but in the case the tasks too 2hr+ to process
