Publish to C4R task Finishes with errors

We have not upgraded to 2020 yet, but we are having trouble publishing a model on BIM 360 Next Gen.  I am using the publish to C4R task and all i would like to do is publish the latest model.

I have verified the Revit user logged into the task server is also invited to the project and can access it normally.  I have also tried with myself logged in. 

It appears that our OAuth setting are still ok.

Below is the error email i receive....

I am sort of at a loss. and looking for some direction on what i might be doing wrong.

Nick,

1. Make sure that your task server is fully updated, we had a problem with this fixed in the past few weeks.

2. If you’re fully updated, go into the task and click “Send To ImaginIt” and we will review the journal related to it.

Matt, that did the trick.  We got 2020 installed and everything seems to be working now.
