The updater needs to be able to download these two files:

http://s3.amazonaws.com/IMAGINiTSoftware/Updates/ClarityTask2019_1.txt 
http://s3.amazonaws.com/IMAGINiTSoftware/Updates/ClarityTask2019_1.zip

Can you confirm that you can download them manually from this machine?

Is there a chance that you have some kind of web blocking software from downloading zip files with DLLs in them?

Hi Matt, 

Thank you for your response. While we were waiting we figured out that windows updates had failed and several restarts to the server and a successful install of those updates fixed the issue. I just finished confirming the second of the two servers installed the update.
