We need a Clarity task for downloading/ scheduling bluebeam studio session content
We need a Clarity task for downloading/ scheduling bluebeam studio session content. Clarity can clearly do for uploads but we need to ensure that when bluebeams cloud service goes down that we still have some sort of access to the documents on this. I'm thinking the task could be unified sync to server so we maintain copies of information until the studio session gets closed out.

Can you please organize the task menu lists in alphabetical order with BIM360/ACC defined.
Some tasks in the clarity menu are a mess from a order perspective and from a general naming perspective. Can someone go through and name things to their proper names like BIM360 to BIM360/ACC, perhaps use better task descriptive task naming convention and put things in alphabetical order.
Ex..
Navisworks file Convert Versus Navisworks Revit File convert would be a way better descriptive name.

We need a list of compatible add ons based on Clarity's software version
You want to update add-ins or revit versions to keep things consistent with Autodesk, problem is doing so can break certain task or add-in functionality. Please publish the supported add-in's or revit versions based on the Clairty Server software version so we do not break the tasks. We unfortunately will not know until tasks fail.

Clarity for Revit Addin - "Run on This Model Only" option, ON by default
In the Clarity Addin for Revit, make it so the "run on this model only" option checked by default OR to remove the option all together making it run "This Model Only" consistently. Trying to avoid the user input step of checking that run this model only checkbox.

Omit Subfolders from target path
Provide a "Do not include subfolders" option when pathing to a Target in any task. There are many times where I only want to select files in a folder but not include any files in it's subfolders.
Using *.rvt in the end of any target folder path still includes it's subfolders.

Message field for alerts
Users often complain about how cryptic Clarity alert emails are, especially model alerts. It would be great to have an additional field for a custom message that we could define for each configured alert to explain why the user is receiving the alert and which action they should take next.

Preserve Original URL After SSO Authentication
When accessing a specific page on our Clarity server via a direct URL, the navigation flow is interrupted if Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication is required. After successful SSO login, users are always redirected to the default start page instead of being returned to the originally requested URL. This behavior prevents deep linking and forces users to manually navigate back to their intended destination. Could you please preserve and forward the original URL through the SSO process so that, upon successful authentication, users are redirected back to the page they initially attempted to access.

Enabling pathing to Forma instead of a Network Drive.
Would be nice to be able to path to a Forma project drive rather than a network drive. A good example would be the Transfer Project Standards task, specifically the Source Model Path and Family paths should be able to be mapped to a Forma folder rather than copying files from Forma and having to put them on a network drive.

Add Civil 3D Dynamo Graph Run Option Inside Clarity Tasks
Clarity please provide an option to run Civil 3D Dynamo graphs (.dyn) in Clarity, the same way Dynamo for Revit runs in Clarity

User interface improvement
It would be great to be able to jump from a project card on the metric summary page to the project home page view a quick hyperlink.

On the Project page add a column for the task server assigned to that project
On the Clarity Project page add a column for the task server assigned to that project. It would make it easy to see and balance the tasks running on various task servers.

Improve how Clarity deals with missing Dynamo scripts
Current situation if a script is not available on the task servers anymore:
- Can't create new tasks for this script (good)
- Existing tasks can be copied (not so good imo)
- In edit mode, the Dynamo inputs section is missing (of course)
- In edit mode, there is no indication as to what is going on with that task (definitely not good)
- If scheduled, the task is never claimed (not good either)
Suggestions for improvement:
- Show a warning in edit mode (e.g. "Dynamo script could not be found on any task server")
- If scheduled, have such tasks fail immediately
- Do not allow

Model Metrics Alerts should have more options to filter projects to Office or Tag
When creating a Model Metrics Alert, it is currently only possible to select All or individual projects. If this could reference Tags as well, it would allow alerts to be created that were forwarded to the correct people based on the project Tag, such as office or practice area.

Twice a day task schedule
I would need to be able to schedule a task to run twice a day. Right now I need to duplicate the task to run it a second time on the same day. It make it difficult to maintain and cause mistake and error.

Parameterized file and path names
Hi,
I have a suggestion that would make a major quality of life improvement.
Clarity should include sheet parameters in file naming and/or in Artifact Sub-folder.
By doing so parameters such as discipline of sheet set could be used to create a folder, phasing would be put in specified catalog - all from one task.
In summary by adding dynamic parameters from sheet to file path naming in Clarity we could achieve clearer documentation sorting with less tasks to manage and run.

Add Family File Size to Index Model Families Reports
I ran my first Index Model Families task and was surprised that the family file size was not in the report. If File Size was in the report, I could quickly pinpoint families that are too big. Could the file size metric be added to the family indexing?
Thanks,
