There are specific versions of the Desktop Connector that are supported/recommended for Clarity.

Please check with support@rand.com before upgrading the DC on the task servers.

Clarity 26.0.6.0 (07/24/2025)

• 17.0 is only supported in Clarity 26.0.6 and higher

Clarity 26.0.2.0 (07/24/2025)

• If you have a mixed environment of Clarity task servers (25.1  and 24.1 for example) and you update the DC on older task servers, you will need to manually select projects on those task servers and uncheck the automation in the Task Tray
