How does Clarity decide what users to email when tasks complete or fail?

When Clarity sends out emails for errored or completed tasks, it sends to the Project Coordinators and then some of the Task Coordinators. Is there a method there? It seems pretty inconsistent to the Task Coordinators it selects. Thanks.

I would suspect it sends to all Project Coordinators and Task Coordinators.

But in their profile, people are allowed to opt-out of "group" communications like this?

So we remove anyone who has opted out...

Could that be it?
