Launchable parameters selection dialog is not provided when launching a task from within the task setup screen

We have tasks setup with the target set to  *  so they allow access to all files in the project.

The launchable parameter of Target is enabled so the user can select which file to run at launch time.

The 2 run buttons as per attached image behave differently. The top one gives user option to set the launchable target parameter, while the lower one in setup screen, just launches the task on all files.

This then launches in our case 100(sometimes thousands) of tasks which i need to go and cancel. If other tasks are running at the same time this can be problematic as its tough to use the cancel all in that case.

Is it possible to have an option in the web interface for the task setup run button to also launch the selection box?
