Can Tasks be stacked at same time in the Task Timeline?
How does Clarity manage tasks when they are stacked on top of each other in the Task Timeline?

Ultimately Clarity is a "queue-based" system. Tasks are put on the queue when they are created, and eventually a task server which is "free" will claim the task.
In some cases the tasks are divided across multiple machines. In some firms, the task servers are spec'd big enough that they can run multiple Revits at the same time.
In all cases, the task server decided whether it can claim and execute another task, grabs the task(s) and executes them. As long as tasks are moving forward through the queue, they will not time out.
