IMPORTANT: Desktop Connector Update

We have been working with Autodesk for some time, trying to identify why the Desktop Connector and AdSSO components have been frequently "stepping on one another", causing the loss of the BIM360 token on Clarity Task Servers.

Autodesk today released Desktop Connector 15.4.0.1677

According to one Clarity customer who was involved in pre-release testing of this version, it resolved more than 70% of the "lost token" issues. While this is not 100% - we're extremely grateful for this kind of progress.

We strongly recommend deploying this version of Desktop Connector to anyone who has had issues of the BIM360 token being lost.
