I tried to create a Air Terminal Diagram, based on the FamilyInstances table as suggested. But for some reason I am unable to represent what I want. Filtering does not work. It looks like its showing every element in the project.

I never mentioned that I was in contact with someone. I went through the help section and I looked up 'Diagrams' in the help section. See attached. Following the guidelines, I was unable to create an Air Terminal with 'Show Diagram' option, so I posted the issue on the forum.
Initially, I set up the Air Terminals Table but I did not get 'show Diagram' option. The FamilyInstances Table option worked with Diagram but the filter option didn't work for me.

when you made the report from the “AirTerminals” table, did the data show up in the table- it just didn’t offer a diagram?
There are some quirks about the fact that it uses Rooms as a backdrop by default.
are there rooms in any of the models you have exported?
Michael - remind me why I (or somebody) suggested the FamilyInstances table to you?
Not remembering any previous discussion, I would have guessed that the Air Terminals table would be better?
