Duplicate Model Metrics: # of Warnings vs. # of All Revit Warnings

Looking at our metrics across all our projects we have 7 projects that seem to be returning a few different metrics. So, the following question came up:

Is there a difference between these two metrics?

Additionally, the following metrics appear to be similar:

# of High Warnings v. # of Warnings - High Severity
# of Medium Warnings v. # of Warnings - Medium Severity
# of Low Warnings v. # of Warnings - Low Severity

The alerts are based on the former for each example. Does it matter? Is there a way to get all projects to report under the same metrics?
