I had our IT group install the Desktop Connector on the task servers and now will not stay logged in to BIM 360 so all tasks fail. How do we fix?

is there any way that clarity dev team could create as part of the config for the task server the login credentials for desktop connector like they previously had done for revit so that when the account is not logged in this will automatically happen?

what version are you running exactly?

can we do a Webex to watch it happen by manually signing out?

This is an issue that a number of our customers have reported to Autodesk. It happened with an update to Desktop Connector at the beginning of December.

We're hoping desperately that there is a fix in the works.

I recommend opening a case with Autodesk yourself (and share the Autodesk case number with us) - so that we can push them to get a fix published.
