Can not assign Office Tag in 2019.1

The new manage tag is great but I am not sure how to apply the new office tag.

Fixed an issue with Auto-Tagging offices in a recent host update for 2019.1.

Where does it read the Office valve to Auto tag Office?

Can not Manually add the Office Tag.
