      <title>External Reporting Link - LevelID</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>When using the External Reporting Link, The Rooms table has LevelID, but it is always NULL. Could this be fixed, and/or could the room table also export the Level Name? I have no way of filtering a list of rooms by level in Power BI without manually exporting the standard Room report, which DOES have both these values and then linking them together. This is an extra manual step that could easily be messed up.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>20.0.18 was installed on 4 of our task servers overnight.  Now none of them will run pending tasks.  I've restarted the Clarity Task Tray and manually launched the Task Server on all 4 machines and no tasks will run.</p> <p>I'll be sending the Monitoring Service Logs from the host server shortly.</p>]]></description>

      <title>Publish to C4R task Finishes with errors</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>We have not upgraded to 2020 yet, but we are having trouble publishing a model on BIM 360 Next Gen.  I am using the publish to C4R task and all i would like to do is publish the latest model.</p>
<p>I have verified the Revit user logged into the task server is also invited to the project and can access it normally.  I have also tried with myself logged in. </p>
<p>It appears that our OAuth setting are still ok.</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>We are trying to run PDFs for a submittal this afternoon and all of the sheets being produced are out of date.  Checking the 'Date Modified' on the model located in C:\Users\clarity\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2019\CollaborationCache\..... of the task server, it says the model is from 3:45AM last night.  </p>
<p>I know that with local models, tasks that are run close to each other (within 30 min or so) Clarity will use the same model instead of pulling a new one.  What is that window for a BIM360 project?  Is it 24 hours?  Other than deleting all of the models on every task server[_cuted_]</p>]]></description>
