PDF Tasks are no running when scheduled.

Some of our tasks are not running as scheduled. I have moved one of the tasks to future times to see if it would start but it has not been working. Thanks in advance.

Sharepoint Upload Consistently Failing

We have found that the post action of a Sharepoint Upload will consistently fail when Clarity is attempting to access it simultaneously on multiple machines. This is unfortunately likely a limitation of Microsoft but, looking at the attached image, all 4 tasks were started at the same time and ran on 4 different machines (1 task assigned to 4 models). The task that happened to finish first, got first access to Sharepoint and the other three failed because they were not able to access the site.

4 Clarity users all trying to access the same Sharepoint folder from 4 different machines. First one wins, all others fail.

CAD Management report problem

Clarity 2023. On the CAD Management tab, when I click on Version or Build column header, rather than sorting the list, everything disappears.

The All Template Tasks List is not alphabetized like the Assigned Template Tasks List

The task list is not alphabetized like the Assign Template Tasks list when starting up a new project.
Can this be updated?

Launchable Parameters not Captured when Re-Run a Task is selected.

Was helping a team troubleshoot a task set up when I noticed this. I reran a task they had set up like so. The "View/Sheet Set" Parameter is a Launchable Parameter:

OAuth Has broken multiple times

Since upgrading to Clarity 2021 our OAuth has needed to be re-authenticated 4 times in the 9 days. Is there something we can check to see if something is wrong with our install or check to see if there is something more we need to do other than just keep re-authenticating it?

C4RPublish task fails in task sequence after upgrade to Clarity 2021

The C4RPublish task runs correctly alone, but when used in task sequence it fails with error "Only Cloud Workshared BIM360 Revit Documents are supported in the Upload To Model Coordination task!"

Post Action inconsistency

Hi,

We are having issues with the Post Action feature in both DWFx and PDF exports. I am trying to get 2 actions in order: upload to BIM360 AND copy files to a network folder. Clarity randomly either processes one, none or both (most of the times just one). Changing the order doesn't do anything. The Copy is on copy, not move, so that has been checked as well.

Any ideas?

Model metrics data missing from summary page

The model metrics summary for one of my projects is losing it's data display for 3 out of 4 models (on the project's Model Metrics page). I ran the metrics task on 3 of the models shown below, and the data graphics appeared (green, yellow or red dots) .A short time later, the data graphics vanished and have not reappeared. See image below.

I have the same issue on other projects with different metrics dropping out, but not as severe. In all cases, it appears as though the data is available on the host server's Metrics Summary page. Just not on the project's summary page.
I would like to know what could possibly be causing these data dropouts. Thanks.

Clarity OAuth token invalid

We have gotten several warnings over the last few weeks where the OAuth Token for Clarity breaks. We have struggled with figuring out what was causing and why it was happening. We initially thought it was the process of upgrading servers or something, but this morning clued me into something else.

My user name is the one we use to authenticate BIM360...

When i go update the credentials, it says that it is trying to use the username shown in the image below to authorize. Clearly that is not what we want.

I can tell you that I was just on the Autodesk University site testing how their new attendee profiles work and signed out as me and signed in as, you guessed it, jnaro@moodynolan.com.

This appears to have broken the OAuth Settings. What is the actual cause of this? How does this authentication actually work? It seems very fragile that if every time i sign out and sign in as someone that it will break the token.

Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.

Time and Date format change using Clarity

Model Metrics displayed

I have checked some of these projects and the tasks for model metrics and performance advisor are running fine on all of them but I see nothing for most of the projects through the model metrics summary card page. This has been filtered for 2019 projects if that matters. As you can see a few projects show data but most don't.
