Tasks List Filter: I noticed when I type a word in the filter name list (for example PDF) and pick enter. The filter list does not show on the dash board. I need to pick one of the tasks and this is the only task that shows. How can I get the filter list to shown all named tasks with the word PDF when I pick enter? Could you add this to a future version? I am using Chrome as my browser.

Modify Tasks En Masse

Wouldn't it be great to be able to modify tasks in groups?

We have multiple tasks with the exact same settings and names across at least 150 projects. It would be very nice to be able to modify tasks by type, as opposed to just instance (to use Revit lingo).

Maybe there could be a "Tags" field for tasks? Then we could manage the primary task settings (the ones on top) by type, name, and/or tag.

This would be a big time saver! To my knowledge, if I have to make a change to a task shared by many projects,[_cuted_]
